Here draw 2 diagrams and ask a question from a parent. What is it that you want? Is it a child with less capacity of brain and earning less money or a child w bigger capacity from proper nutrients to earn more money.

(Here draw 2 diagrams, one with a child having many structures in the brain getting education/training etc And the other child with an empty head getting this Education/training etc..And ask a question, who will be benefited and make use of it most. Additional: This section has to be analyzed in a way, why our children are considered the 3rd world children and why we cannot move away from this concept or impression. The answer is `yes we can change this setup.` Now let us see how the behavior of our children have contributed to it.

Today our children are completely taken on a wrong path, due to ignorance of their parents. They bungle both sides of the issue, which influence individual behavior of their children. Both sides means that there are 2 sides for any human behavior. The normal side known to an average society(Lets call it the Side B factors or Environmental stimuli)Eg. Education, Training, workshops, Advice, E.C.Activities etc. The other hidden side is the child`s most important internal or endosomatic capital, the brain(Billions of Neuron cells along with hundreds of neurotransmitters or chemicals) formed and looked after by proper nutrients or diet.(Not the present day diet)

As most parents do not have all the faculties or sections in their brains(Eg: Cells which express common Psychological behavior or it`s knowledge) they are unable to decide with logical thinking to inculcate proper behavior patterns in their children especially during their very young age say-one to six years. Eg: When a child runs to play with water, the parents try to avoid it by saying `Don`t do it, you will catch fever` or `Don`t play you will fall`which are very harmful which could even cause damage to the `Risk faculty` of the child`s Brain.

As the parents do not and cannot think right, they are unable to select the actual values in their children, required to a society or to themselves. Therefore these values are completely forgotten and not passed down the line on to their generation. Sometimes through media, on various programs, it is discussed thoroughly by various intellectuals from time to time, what these real human values of a child or human are, but very few parents in our society are able to comprehend and practice with their available brain sections. They think that only education or a language like English or a degree can do everything to a child to make him a complete man and a fit in the society. But it is far from the truth.

However most Japanese are fully aware that only a degree cannot take him to great heights and do the needful to himself, to a company, or to a society, unless he has other Brain faculties as well. Some employers are now beginning to realize that a mere degree will not serve the purpose. But however in most of the 3rd world countries, the managerial higher ups even think that, if some additional training is given to their employees holding degrees, that they will perform sufficient & proper work, required by the institution. But it is again far from truth and the performance is temporary and may be only one hundredth of the work of a fellow citizen from a developed country. The developed countries such as Japan, Korea have moved away from this concept and are looking for other PQLI (Physical Quality of Life) indices in the brain or a human.

Today when we look at our children in SriLanka, an intelligent rational thinker will observe that most of these children are not at all serious in anything, but want to play the fool of everything.(This could be seen most of the time in any institution or work place in SriLanka They do not put out or perform even the minimum work to their work place. ) They want to do the minimum and expect the maximum. While performing a job, they expect only money and never be concerned about job satisfaction, or job quality, which intelligent people know, that it is not a long lasting thing. Today in almost every class room, atleast 95% of the children want to chat than learning something. This has been mentioned by many leading businessmen in their speeches on TV.

You may have observed that the present day officials in their respective educational systems try to arrange various activities such as exhibitions, seminars, educational tours etc etc. But however if one were to observe as to how they try to learn or make use of these, then they will observe in majority of them, that by doing so, nothing would be gained for any useful purpose. These children do not take anything as serious, but try to make a joke out of it. The elders also do not realize this situation and do not have the slightest idea as to how serious they should be while learning these things. The parents simply ignore or they cannot understand this situation. The difference could be observed in a Japanese society, how serious they are to learn new things.

When a child gets his or her education in a foreign school, or in an International school(Simply the word International) the parents feel that the child has gained everything, because he is able to speak in English. As he is able to switch on a computer and no matter what he does with the computer, the parents think that he is a computer Wizard. They do not realize that they know very little even of these computers or whatever field they are involved in. Eg: say Engineering or Medicine or computer science. This situation could be analyzed only if we try to compare with students in a Developed foreign country. The reading power and their ability to comprehend, of the children in these developed countries, is extremely high, unlike in these 3rd world countries. One could easily check the present day children, by observing the following activities at home or elsewhere. First let us take the very basic human qualities or capabilities of children which they have to perform at home.
